By accessing or using Rimanta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies referenced in them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform or any related services.

Rimanta provides AI-powered interview simulations, professional vocabulary generation, performance analytics, downloadable reports and related career preparation tools.

The service is intended to help users practice and improve. It does not guarantee employment, job offers, interview success or immigration outcomes.

You may need an account to access certain features. Authentication may be handled through Keycloak or other identity providers.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Rimanta may offer one-time interview packs, individual interview purchases and recurring subscription plans.

Subscription terms, renewal dates, prices and available features will be shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew unless cancelled according to the payment provider flow.

Some plans may provide interview credits. Credits are used to start interview sessions and may vary depending on the type of interview.

Unused credits may expire, be limited to your account or be subject to conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not directly store full payment card details on our servers.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, applicable law and whether the service has already been used.

Where required by consumer protection law, statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Digital services may be considered supplied once access or credits are used.

Rimanta may use AI systems, including OpenAI APIs, to generate interview questions, feedback, evaluations, scores, vocabulary and recommendations.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should review outputs critically and not rely on them as professional, legal, immigration, financial or employment advice.

Interview simulations are training tools. Scores, reports and recommendations are generated for educational and preparation purposes.

Evaluations do not represent the opinion of real employers and do not guarantee performance in actual interviews.

Interview video recordings are not stored on our servers by default. Recordings may be created locally in your browser and downloaded directly by you.

If cloud video storage is introduced in the future, it will be explained separately and may require additional consent.

You are responsible for the content you submit, including interview answers, notes, transcripts, vocabulary inputs and uploaded information.

You must not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, discriminatory, harmful or infringing content.

You may not use Rimanta to break the law, violate others’ rights, reverse engineer the platform, overload infrastructure or interfere with security features.

You may not use the service to generate deceptive, fraudulent, discriminatory or harmful employment-related content.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimanta is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, lost profits, employment outcomes or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By using the service, you acknowledge that certain data may be processed to provide authentication, payments, AI features, analytics and platform functionality.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to pay applicable fees or create security or legal risks.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to legal and operational requirements.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational or product changes.

If changes are material, we may notify users or request renewed acceptance where required.

These Terms are intended to operate within the limits of applicable law, including consumer protection and data protection rules where relevant.

The applicable governing law and jurisdiction may depend on the business entity operating Rimanta and the user’s location.
