Rimanta is a professional preparation tool primarily intended for candidates. We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or public authority, and we do not make decisions concerning recruitment, promotion, dismissal, access to employment, or working conditions.
The answers, scores, recommendations, and analyses generated by the platform are provided for informational and guidance purposes. They do not replace professional judgement, human review, legal advice, or a decision made by a qualified person.
We design and use Rimanta's artificial intelligence features in accordance with the following principles:
This information describes the use of artificial intelligence systems within Rimanta and the general measures adopted to promote transparent, safe, responsible, and human-centred use.
It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Where provisions conflict, the specific conditions applicable to the relevant processing activity, service, or feature will prevail.
Rimanta provides tools for practising interviews, analysing résumés, comparing profiles with job offers, improving professional vocabulary, and receiving recommendations generated using artificial intelligence.
These features are designed to help users prepare and better understand their own professional profiles. Rimanta does not guarantee employment, real interviews, job offers, recruitment, or any particular professional outcome.
The European Union Artificial Intelligence Act establishes different obligations depending on the risk level, intended purpose, and manner in which an AI system is used.
Systems used by employers to select, rank, evaluate, or make decisions about candidates may be subject to specific high-risk requirements. Rimanta must not be used to make automated employment decisions about third parties.
Rimanta is intended for personal preparation, informational guidance, and support for the user's own professional development.
Users may use recommendations to review a résumé, practise answers, or identify areas for improvement, but they must verify their accuracy and personally decide whether to use them.
Rimanta must not be used to make automated decisions about recruitment, rejection, dismissal, promotion, remuneration, access to training, or task allocation that produce legal or similarly significant effects on another person.
The platform must also not be used to discriminate, manipulate, unlawfully monitor, infer sensitive categories, create unlawful profiles, or evaluate candidates without an appropriate legal basis, adequate information, and the safeguards required by applicable law.
Artificial intelligence outputs must be reviewed by the user. The platform must not be treated as infallible or as an authority on a person's professional suitability.
Where an output could influence an important decision, a person with genuine authority must be able to understand, question, correct, and disregard the generated recommendation.
Rimanta does not make, on behalf of employers, decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on candidates.
Compatibility scores, answer assessments, and professional recommendations are supporting estimates. They do not constitute an acceptance, rejection, official employment ranking, or binding decision.
Where a feature generates content or recommendations using artificial intelligence, we aim to identify its automated nature in a manner that is understandable to the user.
We may provide general information about the purpose of a feature, the data used, the main factors considered, and known limitations, without disclosing trade secrets, security measures, or protected third-party information.
Artificial intelligence systems may produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, ambiguous, or unsuitable for the user's particular circumstances.
Users must verify names, dates, legal requirements, employment conditions, salaries, company information, job-offer content, and any other relevant information before acting on a generated result.
We work to reduce unfair or discriminatory results and to prevent protected characteristics from improperly influencing recommendations generated by the platform.
However, no AI system is completely free from errors or bias. Users may report potentially discriminatory, offensive, or harmful results through our contact channels.
Rimanta does not seek to determine a person's actual emotional state, personality, honesty, mental health, or professional ability from their face, voice, accent, or behaviour.
Any observations concerning communication, clarity, structure, pace, or presentation are limited to a training context and must not be interpreted as a psychological, biometric, or professional diagnosis.
The use of AI features may require processing information contained in résumés, interview answers, job offers, professional profiles, recordings, or other content supplied by the user.
We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and apply measures concerning data minimisation, purpose limitation, access control, security, and retention for only as long as necessary.
Users must not include information about health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, trade-union membership, sex life, sexual orientation, genetic data, or biometric data unless it is strictly necessary and a valid legal basis exists.
We recommend removing from résumés, answers, and other content any sensitive information that is not necessary for the requested feature.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights, confidentiality duties, trade secrets, or contractual restrictions.
Confidential information belonging to employers, candidates, clients, or other third parties must not be uploaded without sufficient authorisation to process it through the platform.
Some features may rely on technology providers, cloud infrastructure, or artificial intelligence models supplied by third parties.
We select and manage these providers with regard to security, privacy, availability, and applicable contractual safeguards. Additional information about processors and international transfers is provided in our Privacy Policy.
We apply technical and organisational measures intended to protect systems, accounts, communications, and data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or misuse.
No service can guarantee absolute security. Users must protect their credentials, keep their devices updated, and notify us of suspicious activity or observed vulnerabilities.
Content and results associated with AI features will be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve incidents, and defend potential claims.
Specific retention periods and criteria are described in the Privacy Policy or in information presented within the relevant feature.
Where applicable, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection in relation to their personal data.
They may also request information about relevant automated processing and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, subject to the conditions established by applicable law.
A company, recruiter, or human-resources professional using Rimanta content to evaluate third parties is responsible for determining its own obligations as a controller, provider, importer, or deployer of an AI system.
Rimanta does not authorise the use of its personal preparation features as an autonomous selection mechanism. Business use may require impact assessments, employee information, human oversight, record keeping, risk management, and other legal safeguards.
The platform is not designed for individuals below the applicable legal age to create an account or provide personal data without the required authorisation.
AI features must not be used to exploit vulnerabilities related to a person's age, disability, or social or economic circumstances.
Users may report inaccurate, discriminatory, unsafe, unlawful, or potentially harmful results so that we can investigate them and take reasonable appropriate measures.
Where possible, reports should identify the affected feature, describe the issue, and include the information needed to reproduce it, while avoiding unnecessary personal data.
We may review feature performance, analyse incidents, perform tests, introduce controls, and modify models or instructions to improve service safety and quality.
These activities will be performed in accordance with applicable law and, where reasonably possible, using aggregated, anonymised, or minimised data.
Artificial intelligence regulation continues to develop through legislation, technical standards, guidelines, codes of conduct, and decisions issued by competent authorities.
We may update this information to reflect changes to the platform, our practices, or applicable legal obligations. The latest update date will appear at the beginning of this page.
For enquiries concerning artificial intelligence, privacy, individual rights, security, or potentially harmful results, you may use our contact channels.
We will review reasonable requests and may ask for additional information to verify the requester's identity, locate the affected processing activity, or properly investigate an incident.
To use artificial intelligence features safely and responsibly, users must:
