When OpenAI API services are used, text inputs such as interview transcripts, role preferences and vocabulary form data may be sent to OpenAI for processing. We do not intentionally send locally recorded video files to OpenAI unless a future feature clearly explains it and obtains the required consent.

Interview video recordings are not stored in our system by default. The current design allows recordings to be generated locally in your browser so that you can download them directly.

We do not upload or retain your video recordings on our servers unless we introduce a specific feature for cloud storage and obtain your explicit consent.

Essential cookies are used because they are necessary to provide the service requested by the user and to keep the platform secure.
